What's An Estate Sale?
First Choice is committed to conducting the most successful and professional Estate Sales in the Mid-Atlantic. Every Estate Sale Event has the same two goals: One, to generate the highest proceeds on all items sold. Two, sell everything in the house. The only thing the homeowner has to do is remove the items they wish to keep. We handle all of the advertising, preparations, staging, and pricing. First Choice is commissioned based only and we don’t have any hidden fees or upfront costs. Estate Sales are live events made by appointment only or open to the public and can be anywhere from 1-4 days. We pay the Homeowner on the final day of the event!

What is "Hold Til Settlement"?

First Choice is a licensed MHIC. We can handle any and all of your home remodeling needs.
Kitchens & Bathrooms: Full remodels including new cabinets, fixtures, tiling, and plumbing.
Flooring & Finishes: New flooring, paint, trim, doors, and cabinetry throughout the entire house. Layout: Removing walls for open floor plans or adding new rooms.
Energy Efficiency: upgrading insulation, windows, and HVAC systems.
Exterior: Siding, roofing, driveways, and any other improvements to curb appeal .
“Hold-til-Settlement” is a program offered through First Choice where we handle all the repairs, remodeling, and upgrades your home may need before you put the property on the market. You don’t pay us a thing, not even a deposit, until the house sells. At settlement, when you get paid, we get paid!
